Trying to lose weight can be a challenge, we get that! However here are 2 simple things you should never do if you are trying!
Number 1
Only eating “Healthy” food. First only allowing yourself to eat “clean” foods is setting you up for failure. Also, it is good for your metabolism to reset your fat burning hormones by having a “cheat” meal once a week while on a diet plan. This is good for your mind too, and having a cheat meal to look forward to makes eating rice cakes and tuna fish more bearable!
Number 2
A final mistake that many people make is to spend too much time in the gym. Yup, I wrote, too much time in the gym. There is such a thing! Your body needs exercise, but it needs the right amount, not too much. Your body doesn’t change while you are exercising, it changes while you are resting and recovering! 3-4 hours total a week is plenty of cardio and weight training combined.
